Yousira Pharma PLC is a pharmaceutical importer and wholesale distributor operating in Ethiopia, engaged in the supply of EFDA-registered pharmaceuticals, and specialty medical devices, including orthopedic trauma and implant systems. The Company is expanding its medical device division and invites applications for the position stated above.

Job Summary

Yousira Pharma PLC wishes to recruit a General Practitioner (GP) for the position of Product Marketing Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for the promotion, technical presentation, and market development of the Company's orthopedic trauma products and other pharmaceutical and medical device product lines to healthcare institutions, physicians, and relevant stakeholders across the country.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and present the Company's orthopedic trauma product portfolio and other assigned products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics

• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with surgeons, hospital procurement offices, and pharmacy departments in government and private institutions

• Conduct product presentations and technical detailing sessions for healthcare professionals

• Support product launch activities, training sessions, and clinical education programs organized in coordination with the Company's international suppliers

• Collect and report market information, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and institutional procurement requirements

• Prepare periodic field visit reports and market feedback reports for submission to management

• Provide technical support to the regulatory and procurement team on product documentation and specifications as required

• Represent the Company at relevant medical conferences, exhibitions, and institutional events

Terms of Employment

Full-time, based on Company policy and applicable labor regulations of Ethiopia.

Salary

As per the Company's salary scale.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree / General Practitioner qualification from a recognized institution

Experience

• 0 (Zero) years of experience required; fresh graduates are eligible to apply

Required Skills and Competencies

• Sound clinical knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to present technical and clinical product information to medical professionals

• Willingness to travel to healthcare institutions within Addis Ababa and other regions as required

• Proficiency in English , both written and spoken

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and email applications)
