  • Provide administrative support to the General Manage( scheduling ,correspondence, meeting preparation)

  • Coordinate and track project activities, timelines and deliverables.

  • Maintain organized record, files and databases.

  • Facilitate smooth communication among management, staff, partners and clients.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
    Requirements:

Skills & Competencies

  • Strongly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic It troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong Problem solving skills and attention to details.
