Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Science or related field

  • BA Degree from School of Commerce in Accounting, Marketing or related fields,

Experience: 2-3 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email

  • Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings

  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

  • Write emails, memos and letters

  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems

  • Manage database entry and client files

  • Document financial transactions

  • Organize and distribute messages

  • Make and confirm travel arrangements including travel payments

  • Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain confidential files/records

  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks

  • Tax declaration including VAT to revenue Bureau on a monthly basis

  • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports, payment request to the client’s office

  • The incumbent will be directly responsible to the General Manager
