Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Science or related field
BA Degree from School of Commerce in Accounting, Marketing or related fields,
Experience: 2-3 years experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Write emails, memos and letters
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Manage database entry and client files
Document financial transactions
Organize and distribute messages
Make and confirm travel arrangements including travel payments
Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
Maintain confidential files/records
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
Tax declaration including VAT to revenue Bureau on a monthly basis
Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports, payment request to the client’s office
The incumbent will be directly responsible to the General Manager
