SYT Consulting Engineers Plc invites qualified and experienced applicants for the position of Office Engineer to support project execution, contract management, and technical coordination.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Quantity Required: 1

Duty Station: Office and project sites (as required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up bid/tender documents

• Prepare contract agreements and assist in contract administration

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ)

• Check contractor payment applications and prepare payment certificates

• Prepare and evaluate claim documents

• Attend meetings and record meeting minutes

• Conduct site visits and ensure quality control

• Prepare and submit project progress reports

• Review and monitor construction schedules

• Prepare, review and modify construction drawings as required

• Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders

• Manage company correspondence and do

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BoQ preparation, contract administration, and project management

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Excel, and MS Project/Primavera (preferred)

• Good communication and organizational skill
