Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering data into computer systems, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.

  • Document Preparation: Assisting in drafting, formatting, and proofreading basic business documents, letters, emails, and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Office Organization: Keeping the office workspace, reception area, and meeting rooms neat, organized, and properly arranged.

Communication & Customer Service

  • Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, handling inquiries with a professional attitude, and directing them to the appropriate department or person.

  • Phone & Email Handling: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as taking messages and responding to basic email inquiries.

  • Message Distribution: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, couriers, and internal memos to the respective staff members.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Calendar Management: Assisting in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the office calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts.

  • Event Support: Helping set up logistics for internal meetings, workshops, or office events, including preparing folders, agendas, or refreshments.
