Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communication: Handle correspondence and facilitate clear communication with clients and staff in both English and Amharic.

  • Technical Support: Utilize the internet and MS Office Suite for data entry, report preparation, and professional emailing.

  • Office Coordination: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.

Skills & Competencies

  • Language Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable using the internet for research and business communication.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills and a "customer-first" attitude.
