Location: Addis Guzo Center of Excellence, Lideta Subcity, Geja Sefer, Addis Ababa

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

About the Internship
This internship is specifically offered to Occupational Therapists who are highly interested in Assistive Technology and Mobility Aid Provision. Based in the Mobility Aid Department at our rehabilitation center, the program focuses on mobility aid assessment, fitting, customization, maintenance, and repair. It serves as an ideal starting point toward specialization in this expanding field.

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. The candidate should be hands-on, technically inclined, and motivated to develop expertise in a specialized area of Occupational Therapy. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in patient assessment, rehabilitation planning, therapeutic interventions, assistive devices, functional independence training, patient-centered care, and multidisciplinary collaboration are essential.
