• Advanced Problem Solving: Go beyond the textbook. Introduce "Challenge Problems" that involve multi-step logic and real-world applications.

• Preparations for National Exam

• Bridge to High School: Prepare the student for high school Algebra and geometry.

• Homework & Project Support: Assist with complex school assignments and math-based projects without simply providing the answers.

• Test-Taking Strategy: Teach "Math IQ" techniques—eliminating wrong answers, mental math shortcuts, and managing anxiety during timed assessments.

Core Subject Focus

• Private school students are often expected to master these topics with higher precision:

• Algebraic Proficiency: Mastering $ax + b = c$ and moving toward quadratic expressions.

• Geometric Proofs: Moving from just "knowing" formulas to proving theorems related to circles and triangles.

• Financial Literacy: Advanced applications of ratios, percentages, and simple/compound interest (often using Ethiopian Birr and USD contexts).

• Data Analysis: Interpreting complex graphs and calculating mean, median, and mode from grouped data.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Physics or in a related field of study

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience

• Language Command: Absolute fluency in English, as the entire curriculum and all assessments are strictly in English.

• Professionalism: High punctuality, regular progress reporting to parents, and a polished communication style.
