Job Requirement

Education: Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatment. and training in Moroccan Bath (Hammam) techniques.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

Quantity Required: 2

Gender:- Female

Employment Type: Full-Time(Monday up to Saturday 8:00 AM - 3 PM)

Work Location: Addis Ababa , Bole woreda 7 Jackro near to Robara cafe

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue,

• Relaxation, and other massage treatments based of shi-fam spa menu.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate treatment.

• Ensure client comfort, safety, and confidentiality.

• Maintain client privacy and comfort.

• Prepare steam room facilities and required materials before service

• Perform traditional exfoliation (scrubbing) treatments

• Apply black soap and other spa products properly

• Maintain safety and hygiene standards

• Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms and bath areas

• Clean and sanitize hammam area after each use.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Handle client concerns respectfully

• Maintain treatment records if required

Skill

• Report maintenance or supply needs to management.

• Work cooperatively with spa and gym staff.

• Good communication skills. Strong knowledge of hygiene & sanitation standards.

• Explain treatment procedures clearly.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Teamwork and cooperation.

• Flexible to work weekends and shifts.
