Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing marketing and communication activities that support lead generation, campaigns, and brand visibility. The role ensures consistent messaging and effective promotion of the company’s products and services in line with approved marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or with related field of study

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communication roles 

  • Experience in digital marketing and lead generation is an advantage 

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

  • Plan and execute lead generation activities to support business targets 

  • Coordinate digital and offline marketing efforts 

  • Track and report leads generated from marketing activities 

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up 

Marketing Campaigns & Content

  • Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns 

  • Assist in developing content for advertisements, emails, and social media 

  • Coordinate promotional activities and campaign materials 

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports 

Communication & Brand Management

  • Implement communication initiatives aligned with marketing strategy 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms 

  • Manage company social media pages and support website updates 

  • Coordinate external communications with partners and service providers 

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities 

  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and digital vendors 

  • Maintain records of marketing activities and campaign results 

  • Prepare periodic marketing performance reports 

  • Recommend improvements based on campaign results 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills 

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and MS Office 

  • Creative mindset with basic analytical skills
