To support our growth and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Officer to join our team.

Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s solar products and services, expanding the customer base, and supporting revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services 

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships 

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends 

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations 

• Manage client relationships and customer follow-ups

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery 

• Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts 

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field 

• Minimum 2/1 years of experience in marketing or sales 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets  

• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or solar products

• Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing 

• Strong customer relationship management skills
