About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic female fresh graduate to join our team as a Paid Marketing & Sales Intern.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, client management, social media, and digital business solutions.

The role will involve working with businesses in the beauty industry, including salons, spas, and beauty professionals, helping them grow their businesses and improve their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, including salons, spas, and beauty professionals.

• Contact potential clients and support sales and business development activities.

• Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into clients.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support.

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.

• Respond to messages and engage with online audiences.

• Assist in promoting digital marketing solutions and services.

• Monitor basic campaign and client performance.

• Prepare simple reports and share performance insights.

• Support other marketing and sales activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in marketing, sales, social media, digital platforms, or the beauty industry.

• Comfortable using social media platforms and online tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Willing and able to work in person, Monday–Saturday, in the Bole Deldeiye area.
