Job Summary
Apex Financial Solutions is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and proactive female Marketing & Admin Officer to support the company’s marketing activities, client coordination, administrative operations, and social media management. The role is ideal for someone who is professional, tech-aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting Apex’s daily marketing and operational activities.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or with related fields of study
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience
Prior experience is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating social media activities
Following up on client inquiries and responses
Assisting in content organization and coordinating meetings and schedules
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
Supporting training and promotional activities
Contributing to improved organizational efficiency and client communication processes.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in Amharic and English
Basic understanding of social media platforms and office tools
Organized, responsible, and fast learner
Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
