Job Summary

Apex Financial Solutions is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and proactive female Marketing & Admin Officer to support the company’s marketing activities, client coordination, administrative operations, and social media management. The role is ideal for someone who is professional, tech-aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting Apex’s daily marketing and operational activities.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or with related fields of study

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience

  • Prior experience is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating social media activities

  • Following up on client inquiries and responses

  • Assisting in content organization and coordinating meetings and schedules

  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation

  • Supporting training and promotional activities

  • Contributing to improved organizational efficiency and client communication processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills in Amharic and English

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and office tools

  • Organized, responsible, and fast learner

  • Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
