  Job Summary

Mamush EV Training & Consultancy Center is seeking motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketers to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in raising our institutional profile in the market, driving outreach for our electric vehicle (EV) training programs, and expanding our workshop service clientele in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and manage our active social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

• Collaborate closely with the technical team to create engaging video, visual, and written content highlighting our training programs and workshop services.

• Coordinate strategic partnerships, institutional outreach, and corporate sales initiatives with government and commercial clients.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the e-mobility sector and recommend innovative customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years of direct experience in automotive marketing, technical training promotion, or related sectors preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent fluency in both Amharic and English (written and verbal communication).

• Proven track record in managing digital ad campaigns and growing online engagement.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and B2B relationship-building skills.
