This role is dedicated to maximizing occupancy and property sales rates by developing and executing effective marketing, leasing, and sales strategies that highlight the value of GPM's managed properties.

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage all property marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) to attract qualified tenants and buyers. 

2. Sales & Leasing: Set sales/leasing targets, train agents on sales techniques, and manage the lead-to-lease/sale conversion funnel. 

3. Market Research: Conduct detailed competitive analysis to set optimal rental rates and sales prices, and provide recommendations on market positioning. 

4. Lead Management: Oversee the CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives. 

5. Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent, professional brand image for GPM and its properties.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or Business Management or Economics or Communications with a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, property Management or leasing. Expertise in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
