Job Requirement

• Education: A minimum of BA/MA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 8/6 years of work experience for BA or Masters degree holders, out of which at least four(4) years experience for BA degree holders and 3 years experience for Masters degree holders in a senior /principal level in similar role and a minimum of one year service in the company.

Additional qualities & abilities are required

• Good knowledge of Coordinating and Supervising of Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Medical, Termination, Pension and other aspects of Human Capital Management.
• Plans organizational HC budgets, forecasting costs
• Highly skilled and experienced on system administration for the proactive management, performance & security
• Good database systems and underlying IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of computer application skill
• Dependable & Team player
