Job Summery

This is a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized records. This supports timely payments to drivers, keeping operations going, as well as real-time data analysis of critical KPIs.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1. Timely Data Entry– Data is recorded a timely manner in logistics database and ERP

2. Timely Payment Processing - payments are submitted within 1 hour of receiving

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Responsible for receiving delivery documents from drivers after trip, including ensuring all the appropriate fields are filled and if not, taking appropriate steps to complete them

➢ Securely sends original documents to head office, following appropriate procedures

➢ Only for some sites originally

➢ Uploads scanned copies of Delivery Orders into the system for deliveries with remaining

➢ Post the Confirmed Delivery Order Confirmation on the system

➢ Request payments aligning with the company’s payment schedule

➢ Confirm driver's documents and receipts match the company’s data and actuals

➢ Confirm all DOs are signed by customers, and if they are not, follow-up to confirm successful delivery

➢ Confirm drivers received and send a screenshot of the delivery confirmation in the Telegram group

➢ Timely request maintenance payments

➢ Clearly communicate context and clarification for particularly confusing payment requests

➢ Calculate fuel expense reimbursement for delivery vehicles as per the vehicle's consumption

➢ Make sure the company vehicle's fuel consumption is calculated based on the GPS report only

➢ Confirm HO Fleet for any non-gas station fuel expenses

➢ Post delivery orders immediately after drivers return

➢ Do any tasks as per request

Job Requirements

• Educational background: Degree in logistics and supply chain, management, IT, and related fields

• Experience: Fresh graduates

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Information Technology (IT), or a related field from a recognized institution.
