We are looking for a Liaison Officer to handle and assist to get foreign work permits and Resident IDs requires a combination of strong administrative skills, legal knowledge of immigration laws, and the ability to build relationships with government authorities. 

Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Documentation: Experience handling permits, contracts, and official documentation. 

Computer Literacy: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using online government portals for submissions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Visa & Permit Management: Managing the full cycle of visa applications, work permit applications, and renewal/cancellation of resident IDs.

Document Authentication: Ensuring all foreigner documents are properly authenticated, translated, and legalized.

Documentation and Accuracy: Maintaining high attention to detail for filling out applications to avoid processing delays.

Organization: Keeping records, filing systems, and updating HR databases with personal files of expatriates.

Flexibility: The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, including last-minute changes in regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: 1 or more years of experience as a liaison officer handling visa and work permit processing. Experience working with international organizations is often preferred.

Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, immigration regulations, and procedures for obtaining work permits, visas, and resident IDs.
