Horticoop Ethiopia (Horticultural) PLC wishes to invite interested and qualified applicants to apply for a vacant post.

Position: - Laboratory Custodian (Female Applicants Only)

Duty station: Bishoftu   

Workplace: Bishoftu (the ideal candidate should be from Bishoftu area)

Required No:  1/One/     

Salary: - Basic salary 8,000.00 up 10,000                                           

Job Summary

A competent staff with knowledgeable for customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all receiving samples from (internal and external) customers and proper transfer to the store.

• Responsible for all transfer of testing results to (internal and external) customers;

• Ensure that samples are received within the scope of the laboratory analysis; 

• Ensure that minimum required samples are received for testing and analysis;

• Maintain, record and supervise all customer requests;

• Ensure that customers are properly communicated for the date of test result delivery and the amount of service payment and settlements;

• Communicate customer complaints and complements to the respective institution as required and requested including, the Laboratory Head/Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualification: 

• BSc degree in Chemistry                                     

Work experience:  

• Fresh Graduate
