About this opportunity
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead Ericsson’s business. We are looking for an energetic and seasoned professional well-versed in sales, building and maintaining customer relationships at the highest levels and managing cross-functional teams and operations to lead our business in one of most exciting telecom markets in Middle East Africa
You will an ambitious business leader with a growth mindset able to conduct business responsibly, with an unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. He will act with confident authority and accountable for the decisions they make.
You will have a mix of direct and indirect reports but will have end-to end responsibility for our customer - from sales, delivery, operations and to customer support – and must be capable of working in and handling sophisticated organizational matrices.
The Key Account Manager is also responsible for Country Management duties in addition to leading Ericsson's business in One of the most exciting telecom market in Middle East and Africa.

Identify and drive growth opportunities in Networks, Digital Services and Managed Services
Deliver quality with detailed execution in delivery and operations
Inspire change in the ways of working with Customer, consistent with Ericsson’s wanted position in business terms and conditions and ethics and compliance
Be a Compliance role model and promote compliance culture in the organization
Exceed customer expectations, seizing opportunities to over-deliver against expectations and increase customer happiness.
Set continually higher goals for the teams that are high reaching but realistic, geared towards overachieving both revenue and delivery targets.
Drive a one company approach, collaborating with domains and common functions and building positive relationships across the Customer Unit as well as in the Market Area.
Over 10 years’ telecommunications experience with:
Credibility to lead senior relationships as well as C-Suite stakeholder
Sophisticated negotiation skills
Strong business, commercial and financial competence
Knowledge and understanding of products, networks and technology and can demonstrate this knowledge in front of customers and internal audiences.
Experience of end-to-end sales and operational orchestration
Leading large, diverse, and cross functional teams
Ability to work collaboratively in a sophisticated matrix organization
Compassion and adventurous, people leadership skills
Understanding of Ericsson Sales and Operational processes
Clear written and verbal communications skills
