Forward Logistics Technologies PLC would like to hire highly qualified candidates for the Junior Transport Outdoor Sales officer vacant position

Location: Addis Ababa (Kality Maseltegna)

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or in any field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 0–1 years only on transportation marketing sales, Logistics Company.

• Collateral: All employee are required to submit effective/valid collateral

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s logistics platform to potential users and partners

• Visit businesses and service providers to explain platform benefits

• Register clients onto the platform and assist them during onboarding

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Collect feedback and report user needs and challenges

• Meet daily and weekly registration targets

• Submit regular reports to the sales supervisor

Qualifications:

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum of 0 year experience in outdoor or direct sales (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Strong leadership and proven track record in developing sales strategies and leading team

• Computer skill - Microsoft office Professional level
