Droga Pharma Pvt.Ltd.Co is seeking motivated and dynamic Junior Pharmacists to join our team across different sectors including Medical and Sales Representative in our import and Wholesale division.The Junior Pharmacist will support pharmaceutical sales, product promotion, customer relationship management, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities 

•  Promote pharmaceutical products effectively to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions by presenting product benefits, features, and competitive advantages in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, pharmacists, medical specialists, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare facilities to establish strong professional relationships and increase product awareness and prescription generation.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring proper execution of territory coverage plans, customer segmentation, and effective time management within the assigned sales area.
• Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing strategies, new product launches, customer feedback, and industry trends to support business decision-making and sales strategy improvements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge is communicated to healthcare professionals by delivering clear scientific information, product presentations, and promotional materials aligned with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Support order generation, processing, and follow-up by coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth transactions, timely product supply, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate closely with customers regarding product deliveries, stock availability, replenishment schedules, and urgent supply needs to minimize stock-outs and maintain strong service reliability.
• Organize and participate in medical events, product launches, awareness campaigns, CMEs, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement within the healthcare sector.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and performance updates while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and territory development activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
