Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated, and results-oriented recent graduates (Class of 2026) to join our dynamic engineering team as Junior Mechanical Engineers.

This entry-level role offers an outstanding opportunity to launch your engineering career and gain valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior engineers and project teams, you will support mechanical systems design, HVAC/plumbing/firefighting installation supervision, system testing, and maintenance across our active high-rise and infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or with related field of study from a recognized university.

  • Fresh Graduates (2026 graduates only).

  • CGPA 3.50 and above (Very Good to Excellent academic standing).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design & Documentation: Assist in developing mechanical system drawings, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Site Supervision & Quality Control: Participate in site inspections and monitor the installation of mechanical equipment (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and MEP systems) to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Testing & Commissioning: Support senior engineers during the testing, commissioning, and routine maintenance of mechanical plant and machinery.

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical mechanical issues during site operations.

  • Progress Reporting: Help compile technical reports, daily site logs, and project documentation for management review.

  • Safety & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional engineers, technicians, and contractors while enforcing strict safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant 3D mechanical design/drafting software.

  • Technical Foundations: Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, HVAC, and MEP installation processes.

  • Core Strengths: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities with a high commitment to workplace safety and quality.
