Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the dispatch of company vehicles to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments, delivery times, and any incidents.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery times, and any issues.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within the dispatch function

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills - Mandatory for positions

Salary: Based on Company Scale & Negotiable.
