Job Summary
The Job holder is responsible for providing frontline support to customers by account opening, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering compliance driven onboarding processes and effective assistance across multiple communication channels.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or with related field of study
CISI Introduction to Securities and Investment qualification or equivalent preferable.
Training or certification in customer service, call center operations, or financial services.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services, brokerage, or investment banking sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process new account openings in compliance with KYC/AML requirements
Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels
Provide accurate information on investment products and capital market services
Receive, log, and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary
Maintain and update accurate customer records in the system
Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Prepare regular customer service reports for management
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information at all times
Skills & Competencies
Adequate knowledge and understanding of the Ethiopian financial market, investment products, trading, and investment principles.
Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and writing abilities.
High motivation, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
