About Lotus Maternal and Children Health Center

Lotus MCH Center is a dedicated health facility providing quality care for mothers, new-borns, and children in Addis Ababa. The Center focuses on services that support maternal, new born, and child health needs, including Gynecologist and obstetric care, Neonatal and Pediatric services, Immunization, and Emergency care working with trained professionals to ensure safe and compassionate care for families. 

Job Summary

IT Supporter will assist in maintaining the organization’s IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

• Managing hospital management system 

• Troubleshoot hardware and software and printer issues.

• Assist in maintaining network systems and internet connectivity.

• Troubleshoot printer issues.

• Support users in system applications and IT-related issues.

• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Required:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred:
• 2 year and above experience in IT support.
• Experience in healthcare systems is an advantage.
