We are looking for a qualified and motivated IT Support Technician to provide technical support for different customer sites.

Education: Diploma or Level lV in Information technology ,Computer science or with related field of study with relevant work experience.

Location: Different Customer Sites

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain computers, printers, and network devices

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

• Configure and support LAN/Wi-Fi networks

• Provide on-site technical support for customers

• Install operating systems and business applications

• Maintain CCTV, biometric, and backup systems if required

• Prepare technical reports and service documentation

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking

• Experience in Windows installation and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and printers

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to travel to different customer locations

• Previous IT support experience is an advantage
