The Role

We are seeking two (2) qualified, proactive, and customer-focused IT Support professionals to join our Information Technology team. Reporting to the IT Head, the successful candidates will deliver essential technical assistance to internal staff, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the school’s IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

  • Set up and configure new equipment and user accounts.

  • Log and track support requests using the school’s ticketing system.

  • Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions.

  • Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades and maintenance tasks.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.

  • Proficiency with Windows/Linux OS, Chromebooks, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience working in an international school or educational institution.

  • Relevant IT certifications 

  • Familiarity with common school management information systems (MIS).

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
