Title: Interior Design Visualization Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Independently complete rendering production based on the designer's scheme, ensuring accurate representation of the design intent in terms of modeling, materials, and lighting. Perform post‑processing and retouching of renderings, with a keen sense of spatial proportions and color coordination. Collaborate with the team to produce visual presentation materials for tenders and client presentations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Major in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related fields; Bachelor's degree or above, in Engineering or Design disciplines.(exceptions may be made for outstanding ability).

• Proficient in 3D Max (interior rendering), Revit, V‑Ray/Corona, and Photoshop; skilled in SketchUp and CAD.

• Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials, with the ability to read CAD construction drawings.

• Strong aesthetic sense and good communication and collaboration skills; able to work overtime as needed during project cycles.
