Position Summary:
Human Resource Manager is responsible to align human resource and programs to business priorities and ensure smooth business operation by designing and implementing effective human resource and talent strategies to acquire,
Lead for applying budgets, company policies and internal HR systems. He/she is expected to align human resource and programs to business priorities and ensure smooth business operation by designing and implementing effective human resource. Develop, motivate, and retain capable talent and implementing an effective facility delivery service including maintenance and utility service.
To lead efficient office operation of the Company by ensuring safe and timely maintenance of office equipment, buildings, vehicles, and facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -
· Take the lead in developing the human resources strategy that links all aspects of talent, such as employer brand, talent sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and exit management, among others.
· Oversee the creation of organizational-wide talent management policies, procedures, and programs.
· Coordinate and drive HR business planning and goal setting, both long term planning and annual operational plans.
· Ensure coordination of human resources and talent strategic initiatives across the Company
· Establish operational metrics for human resources, talent management, organizational development, and effectiveness management, as well as evaluation techniques and reporting standards.
· Determine whether business-specific talent management programs are necessary in collaboration with line managers.
· Create the company's career progression plan and offer assistance with its effective implementation.
· Start a continuous impact assessment of talent management programs on the company's operations, and recommend program modification based on feedback and program effectiveness.
· Examine the current organizational structure and suggest improvements.
· Assess the culture and employee engagement, then offer suggestions based on the results.
· Make suggestions for ways to increase organizational effectiveness in light of evolving business strategies.
· Monitor successful implementation of the HR strategic initiatives and programs through preparing detailed action plan, following up developments, providing workforce insights and identifying trends.
· Lead the development of repair and maintenance policy and procedure.
· Ensure that all administrative needs for offices, such as security, facility management, and cleanliness, are met effectively and efficiently.
· Follow-up the maintenance of company offices, buildings, administrative facilities and materials and keep all the necessary records thereof.
Report To: - Chief Operation Officer
Job Qualifications and Requirements:-
· Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Human Resource, Business Administration and related field.
· Three years and above of direct HR experience.
· Manufacturing company experience and ERP Knowledge is advantageous
Skills
· Keen attention to details
· Microsoft office suite
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· English Language.
· Detail Knowledge of Labor law and related country laws
