Builder’s Creamy Trading PLC is engaged in elevator supply, installation, and related technical services. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Human Resource & Administration Officer to support both office operations and project site workforce management.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes

  • Prepare and administer employment contracts (permanent and project-based)

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and staff files

  • Coordinate workforce management for office and site employees

  • Support payroll coordination and salary documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law

  • Handle office administration and asset control

  • Coordinate communication between office staff and technical site teams
