Position: HR Manager

General responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process.

• Ensure proper follow up of HR procedures and implementation.

• Ensure that HR manual and internal policies are in line with the national HR policies and Labor Law.

• Nurture a positive working environment in the team.

• Assists with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff.

Place of work: Amhara Region, North Shoa zone, Bulga City Admin, Tulfa Kebele (Debre Birhan Direction 64 KM from Addis Ababa).

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.

• Ability to work under pressure, well organized and willing for overtime.

• Have proficiency in English and competency in computer skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR regulations.

Experience:

• Above 4 years proven experience; and factory experience is an advantage.
