Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management ,Management and Public Administration or with related field of study

  • Experience: 1-2 years

  • Quantity Required: 1

  • Location: Holeta

  • Salary ( Gross): 20000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in staff hiring, documentation, and induction 

  • Maintain staff records and HR documents 

  • Support appraisal processes and follow-ups 

  • Coordinate trainings and maintain records 

  • Facilitate communication and support staff engagement 

  • Ensure adherence to policies and basic labor requirements
