Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and operations.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates for updates, and communicating with candidates for interview.
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
Prepare HR related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Draft, prepare, and issue HR related documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and notices.
Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects.
Assist in monitoring probation periods, contract renewals, and other HR timelines.
Help with performance appraisal processes by collecting forms, tracking deadlines, and preparing summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
