We are seeking a qualified male candidate for the position of HR & Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations at our farm site. This position requires relocation to our farm in Southwest Ethiopia

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation for farm staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, personnel files, and administrative documents.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.
Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and training coordination.
Act as a key liaison between farm management and staff, facilitating clear communication.
Handle general office administration and provide logistical support for farm operations.
Assist in implementing performance management and staff development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
Diploma or Certificate in Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Additional certification in HR or Administration is an advantage.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
Prior experience within the agriculture, farming, or related industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Honest, reliable, and well-organized with a strong work ethic.
Multilingual ability is a strong advantage, particularly proficiency in the local language(s) of the Gorgesha area, in addition to Amharic and English.
