DMC Construction Plc is a first class General Contractor (GC-1) chartered in Ethiopia to provide services in civil work projects, mainly road construction and maintenance, building construction and maintenance, water works, airfield construction, water works construction, etc. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for the role of HR & Admin Officer and we are looking for passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Human Resources Management, management or other related fields

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Construction company.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to proactively identify problems and work with senior management to develop solutions.

  • Flexible, ability to work independently, and comfortable with rapid change.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in an intercultural environment.

  • Ability to act as a team player and ready to learn new challenges
