Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Additional certification in hospitality management is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or administration

  •  At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  •  Proven experience managing daily hotel operations and supervising staff

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations

  • Supervise and manage hotel staff

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

  • Prepare budgets and manage financial reporting

  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Financial management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems Fluency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory

  • Fluency in English and Amharic is required
