We need a translator from the Chinese language to Amharic and English. The ideal candidate will ensure the original meaning, tone, and context are preserved while adapting translations for cultural relevance.

Salary: 30000

Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate a variety of documents (e.g., technical manuals, marketing materials, legal papers, emails, websites) from Chinese to Amharic and English and vice versa.
Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, phone calls, or video conferences, if needed.
Proofread and edit translations for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
Ensure cultural nuances are maintained in all translations.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, HR) to understand context and requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and Amharic and English
Expereince: 0 - 5 years of working expereince
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology (e.g., legal, medical, technical) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality translation.
