The Role

The General Manager (GM) will lead the overall operations, strategy execution, and organizational performance of the company. The role requires a highly structured and results-driven leader capable of building efficient systems, improving operational performance, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall company operations and strategic execution

• Establish structured workflows, reporting systems, and accountability measures

• Drive operational efficiency and productivity across departments

• Implement KPI-based performance management systems

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational planning

• Ensure coordination between production, finance, HR, and sales functions

• Lead organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support business growth and operational scalability

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior management

• Strong experience in operations and organizational management

• Experience in manufacturing industry is required

• Experience in a manufacturing company in the wood and furniture sector is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Experience implementing systems, structures, and KPI frameworks
