Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall company operations and branch performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and supervise departmental heads (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Drive business development and expansion initiatives

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in hospitality, food production, or retail operations is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and operational management capability
