Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee overall company operations and branch performance
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and supervise departmental heads (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales)

  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in hospitality, food production, or retail operations is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and operational management capability
