Organization: Ethiopian Pulses Oilseeds and Spices Processors Exporters Association ( EPOSPEA)
Direct and manage the overall duties and tasks under the objectives of the establishment of the Association.
Lead and administer human, material, financial and other organizational resources of the Association.
Communicate and liaise between the Association and different partners in view of building new working relations as well as strengthening existing linkages.
Represent the Association in all platforms and forums that made operational both at national and International levels.
Play advocacy role in order to create enabling and conducive environment to strengthen the performances of the sector.
Organize a series of dialogue forums between respective public institutions and members of the Association to come together frequently and discuss specifically on a timely challenges faced-by the exporters on issues related to improving conduciveness of operating environment of the sector.
Under the general guidance of the president and the Board of directors, manage the overall activities of the association, prepare strategic and operational plans of the association and ensures consistent implementation upon approval by all concerned bodies.
Serves as secretary of the board and implements all policy directives issues agreed by the board and the general assembly.
Maintains and develops strong and smooth relationships with members and all stakeholders of the Association to achieve the overall objectives of the Association.
Designs workable strategies and establishes alliance with all concerned stakeholders to develop the financial capacity of the association.
Plays the leading role to promote the sector and products of the Association locally and internationally.
Organizes and establishes strong market information system of the sector to provide reliable and up-to-date local and international market data to members.
MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics with proven computer skill and fluent in spoken and written English.
Minimum of 10/12 years of experience for MA/BA respectively and out of which 4years on key managerial positions.
