Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and growth initiatives
Monitor departmental performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved
Make key operational and strategic decisions to support business success
Prepare and present regular performance reports to company owners or stakeholders
Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control across departments
Maintain high standards of service delivery and organizational performance
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department managers and staff
