Qualification Requirements

• Level 5 TVET in Construction Technology or related field or proven practical experience in finishing supervision (formal education is an advantage but not mandatory)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction

• At least 2 years specifically supervising finishing works

• Strong practical knowledge of finishing standards and techniques

• Strong labor supervision and coordination skills

• High attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including but not limited to plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling works, screeding, waterproofing, and related trades

• Coordinate daily site activities and labor allocation

• Ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications

• Monitor quality and prevent rework

• Ensure proper sequencing of finishing works to avoid delays

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers

• Monitor material usage and report shortages in advance

• Enforce site safety procedures

• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers
