Position Title: F&B Supervisor  

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Food & Beverage from a recognized Hotel Institute or College. 

• At least 3 years of work experience in a 5 or 4-star hotel as an F&B supervisor. 

• Fluent spoken & written English 

• Great leadership skills and an excellent team player  

• Great interpersonal skills and a Passion for the industry 

• Excellent understanding of F&B operations 

• Working knowledge and strong skills in F&B and event functions

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B) Management or a related field from a recognized hotel institute or college. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, team supervision, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are also required.
