• Authorized under the list of Registered Certified Audit Firm – Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia

• Renewed business license, VAT Certificate, and TIN;

• Evidence of related working experience with NGOs;

• Technical proposal and/or terms of reference including expected remuneration fees.
