Beza Posterity Development Organization (BPDO) is a local NGO operating in Amhara, Afar, Addis Ababa, Somali, Dire Dawa, Harari, Oromia, Benishangul-Gumuz, Gambella and Tigray regions with program thematic areas of health, nutrition, migration, shelter services for migrants, livelihood, green job creation, youth empowerment, child protection, climate change, peacebuilding, social accountability, and emergency response.

Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and strategic coordination. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and organizational excellence to manage sensitive information and complex schedules while serving as a trusted liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
Main duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the Executive Office.
Oversee petty cash management, monthly payment of office utilities like water bills, telecom bills, internet bills & electric utilities with the cashier.
Responsible for the Management of Executive office guests; manage meeting schedules and hall functions.
Communicate with departments on behalf of the Executive Director to facilitate administrative and other logistical issues.
Oversee, supervise, and provide support for office attendants and the receptionist
Make sure the Executive Director's office and reception areas are clean
Control incoming and outgoing letters, protocol, and secure the office stamp
Supervise and support the receptionist in guest reception and office protocol as required.
Facilitate & Book air tickets and hotel reservations as per request.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements
BA Degree and above in Management or Business Management, accounting and finance, with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience for a BA degree & 2 years for a master's degree
NGO experience is an advantage.
Ability to speak English.
Good computer skills and email communications
