Evergreen Coffee is a coffee skills training and capacity-building institution focused on strengthening human capital, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities within Ethiopia’s coffee value chain. Evergreen Coffee provides practical, industry-oriented training and supports the development of skilled professionals and coffee businesses.

1. Executive Manager

Job Summary

The Executive Manager will provide strategic leadership, oversee organizational operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure effective implementation of Evergreen Coffee’s programs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Green Coffee 

• Develop and implement organizational strategies, plans, and growth initiatives 

• Lead partnerships, business development, and stakeholder engagement 

• Oversee financial management, administration, and operational performance 

• Build strong relationships with coffee industry stakeholders, institutions, and partners 

• Manage team performance and promote a culture of excellence 

• Represent Green Coffee in external meetings and industry forums 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Development Studies, Coffee Sector, or related fields 

• Minimum 5–8 years of management experience 

• Experience in training institutions, SMEs, entrepreneurship, or value chain development preferred 

• Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills 

• Knowledge of the Ethiopian coffee sector is an advantage
