Minab IT solutions PLC (HaHuJobs TM) is interested in hiring qualified research field team members including enumerator(12) to conduct a follow-up phone call survey(High-frequency phone calls) for the ‘Information Frictions in Ethiopian Labor Markets’ project in the next 4 months.

Overall, the project seeks to study the impact of effective labor market intermediation and employment services that can reduce the costs of information exchange between employers and job seekers.

Positions Tasks:

• Conduct monthly High-Frequency Phone Calls to 3,150 job seekers in Addis Ababa, during the months of November 2022- February 2023

• Share vacancy information relevant to job seekers in Addis Ababa according to call scripts and detailed instructions by the research team

• Fill in the assigned number of questionnaires for each day properly using SurveyCTO

• Rectify any errors the completed questionnaire may have as identified by the research team

• Report the progress of the data collection on a regular basis.

• Physically tracking those respondents they were unable to reach via phone.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or in a related field

• Related work experience especially in Phone survey

Other Skill Requirements

• Data collection experience using SurveyCTO

• Good digital and computer literacy
