Job Summary

The Digitalization and IS Support Department Head is responsible for leading the company’s digitization initiatives, IT infrastructure management, and information system support services. The role ensures that the company’s digital platforms, core systems, and IT services are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational objectives. The position also oversees IT strategy implementation, user support, and continuous improvement of digital solutions to enable efficient business operations.

Required Qualification

 

• MSC/BSC: Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields

• Experience: 6/8 years relevant experience of which 3 years on leadership position

• Place of work: Share company head office/Addis Ababa

• Salary: Attractive and Negotiable

• Employment type: Permanent
