Job Requirement

• Education: MA/BA in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Engineering or related field
• Experience: 7/9 years of relevant experience 4 of which in managerial position at Banks, Micro Finance or Financial Institution

Expected Competency (Skills required)

• Comprehensive knowledge in aligning IT strategy with overall business objective
• Expertise in evaluating & implementing technologies and ensuring compliance with technical standards
• Ability in developing and executing long term technology roadmaps and system upgrades
• Experience with identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk related to IT functions and infrastructure
• Experience to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language for non-technical challenges
• Ability to handle complex, high-stakes technical challenges
• Ability to make rational, timely decisions and balancing risk with potential reward
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and practices relevant to microfinance institutions
• Developing IT systems and solutions that support financial HRM & operational functions.

NB – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.
